Emerson Group was established in 1959 and has grown to have three operating divisions: residential, commercial and international. This makes our client one of the UK’s largest privately owned property development companies.
Result:
Building our relationship with the facilities managers at the Aintree building commercial office, we have won a contract to undertake monthly specialist drone services. This service provides the client with a bird’s-eye view of their property to ensure the building/surrounding area is up to standard, especially in areas where operatives’ standard access equipment struggles to view. We also continue to undertake various reactive works wherever we can assist.
