It acts as a hub for both business and leisure and is at the heart of Manchester’s transport system – providing easy access to the city’s bus and tram network as well as being a short walk from Piccadilly station, Manchester’s main train terminal.

PMC have been providing reactive maintenance services as well as quoted work to JLL, one of the biggest international management agents companies in the world, whose main offices are based on the site. This work has comprised of both internal and external works, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard on site and meeting requirements for all tenants and businesses housed within this area.
